Sands China Giving Special Award to Team Members

(Macao, July 1, 2019) – Sands China Ltd. (HKEx: 1928) is giving a one-time special award to eligible full-time team members of qualifying grades on Aug. 30, 2019, to reward their contributions. The award will benefit 99 per cent of Sands China’s more than 28,000 team members.

“We are pleased to announce this one-time special award for eligible team members as a way to express our appreciation for their teamwork and dedication,” said Dr. Wilfred Wong, president of Sands China Ltd. “With Sands Macao marking its milestone of 15 years of service in Macao this year, and developments on The Londoner Macao project well on track, I look forward to working with our team members to ensure that Sands China continues to go from strength to strength.”

Eligible team members who have completed at least one year of continuous service before Aug. 30, 2019, will receive an award equivalent to one month’s salary, subject to a ceiling of MOP 50,000. Prorated awards will be given to eligible team members with less than one year of continuous service.

Eligible team members must have joined the company before June 1, 2019, and must still be employed on Aug. 30, 2019.
