Sands China Invites Local NGOs to Participate in Ceramic Artisans Workshop
(Macao,
August
22, 2019) –
Around 40 members of the
Macau Special Olympics and the Fuhong
Society of Macau were invited to participate
in the Ceramic Artisans Workshop at The
Venetian® Macao Tuesday. The
workshop is one of the activities being held
in connection with Sands China’s All That’s
Gold Does Glitter – An Exhibition of
Glamorous Ceramics.
Together with around 25 Sands Cares
Ambassadors, they enjoyed some hands-on
activities such as ceramic painting and
pinching, before taking their works
home.
The activity is also one in a year-long
series of celebratory activities leading up
to the 10th anniversary of the Sands Cares
Ambassador programme this month, with the
theme Spreading Love and Embracing Our
Community.
