Sands China Granted an Extension to its License Contract for the Operation of Games of Fortune Until the End of the Year

June 23, 2022) – Sands China Ltd. is very
pleased with the Macao SAR government's announcement of
an extension to the company's license contract for the
operation of games of fortune until Dec. 31, 2022. The
company is grateful to the SAR government for its trust
and support, and will continue to take the lead in
assisting in the steady recovery of Macao's tourism and
gaming industry by actively promoting moderate economic
diversification and securing employment opportunities
for Macao locals as part of the company's corporate

efforts.

will comply with and abide by the revised gaming law to
