Its innovation and business effectiveness have significantly enhanced the professionalism of team members at The Londoner Macao and elevated the property's brand awareness across multiple social media channels, resulting in high customer satisfaction.

Sands China's commitment to talent development is further evidenced by its impressive training initiatives. In 2023, each team member received an average of 88.3 training hours, far surpassing the 40.6-hour standard set by ATD. This dedication has earned Sands China a number of esteemed honours – including in the Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) Gold Awards, the HRoot Awards, HRflag's "OneFLAG Awards," the Employer Branding Institute's "Employer Branding Creativity Awards," Human Resources Online's "Employee Experience Awards," and others – highlighting the company's focus on talent retention, work-life balance, and overall team member experience.
